WARRANTY POLICY

Introduction

The warranty policy of MorKampers, Bankhead Industrial Estate, 11 Woodgate Way
South, Glenrothes, KY74PF in Scotland outlines our commitment to providing quality
products and terms and conditions under which warranty is offered to our customers.

Benefits of the warranty

1) 2 years of craftsmanship coverage. MorKampers warrants to the owner of the
product, structural integrity and free of craftsmanship defects product.
2) This warranty is transferable, thus it is valid for 2 years from purchase from
MorKampers, no matter if it changed the ownership. Changing the ownership
does not affect or extend warranty by any means
Terms of warranty

1) The warranty will not take effect until the product is fully paid for and the
ownership is transferred - The new owner received the keys and documents
related to the product.
2) If the problem occurs the owner will promptly contact MorKampers to discuss
the issue, to avoid possibility of further damage. I.e if there would be a water
leak, or any problem with a sealing causing weather elements to get inside
the trailer. If left without addressing the issue for a longer period, which would
lead to further damage - this will not be covered by the warranty. If the new
owner does not report the issue promptly, this warranty will be void.
3) The problem that had occurred due to workmanship, MorKampers will rectify
the situation at no charge for the new owner for the warranty period.
4) In the event that the problem occurred but is not caused by MorKampers
workmanship, repairs by MorKampers can be performed but reasonable

charges will be charged to the owner. In this case a deposit of 60% of the total
repair cost must be paid in advance.
5) MorKampers will attempt to repair any problems, if that is not possible
MorKampers will replace the part of the product causing the issue.
6) If a product was customised by the MorKampers for customers' request some
items, like tv, would not be covered by our warranty but the manufacturer
ones, details will be outlined while placing the order.
7) Repairs will be conducted in the MorKampers workshop in Bankhead
Industrial Estate, 11 Woodgate Way South, Glenrothes, KY74PF in Scotland.

Exclusions from coverage

1) Natural disasters including, but not excluded to: Fire, flood, earthquakes,
lightning or other unusual actions of the elements.
2) Theft, loss and vandalism.
3) Damage of the product resulting from unauthorized modification.
4) Damage to the product resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence,
unreasonable or dangerous behaviour, i.e fire caused by smoking or having
life fire inside the trailer.
5) Any damage to tyres: i.e punctures, normal wear and tear.
6) Damage to the product resulting from any road accidents will void the
warranty.
7) Damage resulting from the vehicle being used for purposes other than those
for which MorKampers teardrop originally intended / designed them to be
used.
